Area IV YR Virtual Teams

Participants must register for Virtual Teams by February 28th, 2025.

Participants may only register full 4-person teams after February 28th, 2025, unless there are existing teams with availability.

Teams must be registered by 1st quarter to have activities counted toward total (Must register by March 31,2025 to have activities through March 31 counted.)

Team members must be current USEA members and be declared members of the Area IV Young Rider Program.

Virtual Team competition year will follow the USEA Calendar from 12/1/2024 through 11/30/2025.

Four (4) riders per team. Contact the YR Virtual Teams coordinator if you are not able to create a 4-rider team or if you’d prefer to be assigned to a team.

Riders may only be part of one virtual team.

Riders must declare one (1) horse at the beginning of the year.
Rider may change to a different horse only once during the competition year with YR Virtual Team coordinator approval.

It is the responsibility of each rider to submit activities via the Google Form every quarter.

Riders must provide proof of volunteer hours (i.e. USEA Volunteer system screenshot, organizer signature). Volunteer hours are not counted without the form.

Activities will be grouped into 4 quarters.
December 2024-March 2025 (1Q will be 4 months).
April - June 2025 (2Q).
July - September 2025 (3Q).
October - November 2025 (4Q will be 2 months).

Reminder email and submission form will be sent at the end of each quarter to all participants for activity submission.

Be sure to have a valid email!

Cash prizes awarded to the top five (5) placing teams. All Riders must provide a W9 form to receive their prize.
